A Creative Review of Unmasking Autism Welcome to God is My Special Interest, a newsletter on the
intersection of late-diagnosed autism and high control religion! Today we have a guest post by my friend and wonderful writer, Jessica Kantrowitz, where she reviews the book Unmasking Autism by Dr. Devon Price..... The tricky thing about the commandments is figuring out how to break them up. Astute readers of Scripture and Catholic catechetical materials will notice that there are actually different ways of breaking up the Ten Commandments. The original Hebrew text refers to them as (pedantry alert!) the “Ten Words” but doesn’t do all that tidy stuff with the tablets and the Roman numerals clearly delineating where one
commandment leaves off and another starts..... A Quadrillion Mutations Later: Why are you still alive? A
response to genetic entropy As an adult, you have experienced an astounding number of mutations during your lifetime – several quadrillion, to be specific. This number may seem unfathomable, but it’s true. It’s natural to wonder how you’re still alive with such an immense number of mutations. How do we even know how many
mutations have occurred.... Embrace Biblical Women’s Equality to Improve the Daily Life of Your Marriage “Pray about it, listen to the Holy Spirit, and respect that the Bible is the word of God.” This is the advice that the premarital counselors gave to my then-fiancé and me when we got to the chapter in our

Also known as the Way of the Cross, or the Way of Sorrows, the Stations of the Cross is a series of images depicting scenes from the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. Often found in church
sanctuaries or outdoor spaces....
